MINUTES: Approval of the January 17 & 18, 2017 Special Meetings Minutes of the Parks, Tree & Recreation Advisory Board.
Action:
that Council accept the minutes of the Parks, Tree & Recreation Advisory Board from January 17 & 18, 2017, and place them on file for public inspection: 1) to approve the order of the Albany County Recreation Board Grant requests and forward to the City of Laramie, City Council for approval. Action:
to approve the Cooperative Agreement with the Wyoming Department of Transportation in the amount of $20,000 for participation in the Bill Nye Avenue Reconnaissance Report and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign.

Action:
to approve Resolution 2017-16, authorizing the City of Laramie to lease with an option to purchase a Quint Pumping Apparatus from Wyoming Bank and Trust and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign.
