that City Council acknowledge receipt of the February 28, 2017 Notice of Calcutta Letter from Laramie Jubilee Days to hold a Calcutta on July 27, 2017, at approximately 6:00 p.m., in front of the grand stands at the Albany County Fairgrounds.

that Council approves the sale of a 1998 American LaFrance Pumping Apparatus and a 2008 Ford F-350 Medtec Ambulance at their trade in values to departments within Albany County Fire District #1

AGREEMENT: Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement with Wyo Trails LLC for the design and construction of the Jacoby Ridge Rural Trail.
Action:
that Council approve the Professional Services Agreement with Wyo Trails LLC for the design and construction of the Jacoby Ridge Rural Trail in an amount of $101,465.00 plus, a contingency of $10,000.00 for a total not to exceed amount of $111,465.00 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign.
