that Council award the bid for the University of Wyoming Little League Chain Link Repair & Replacement project to 5C Fencing and Custom Buildings LLC, Torrington, Wyoming in the amount of $19,603.14 plus a contingency amount of $5,881 for a total amount not to exceed $25,484.14, to approve the contract therefore, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign.
