Action:
that Council accept the minutes of the Parks, Tree & Recreation Advisory Board from November 8, 2017, and place them on file for public inspection: 1) To approve the minutes from the September 20, 2017 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Approved) 2) To support the Lease Agreement between the City of Laramie and Four “G” Enterprises for Laramie River Greenbelt access. (Approved) 3) To approve replacement of missing Washington Park, Peace Pole. (Approved) 4) Public Meeting/Discussion Item concerning tennis/pickleball improvements at Undine park. approve the alcohol catering application for Cavalryman Steakhouse, Albany County Liquor License, to locate their license within city limits at the Laramie Plains Civic Center, 710 E Garfield St Laramie, WY on December 9, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm for a holiday party.

MOU: Memorandum of Understanding between Laramie County Community College and the Laramie Fire Department
Action:
to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Laramie County Community College (LCCC) and the City of Laramie Fire Department (LFD) for the purpose of outlining the working relationship between LCCC and LFD for the sponsorship of one (1) student from LFD per calendar year in the Paramedic Program offered at LCCC; and authorize the Fire Chief to sign.
