Some of the functions of the LARC Records Center are:

• Transcribe and enter Police, Sheriff's Office and E.M.S. reports
• Distribute reports to respective courts, outside agencies, etc. as needed
• Process report requests for law enforcement and insurance agencies
• Background checks for law enforcement agencies and individuals
• Concealed firearm permit applications
• Provide UCR (Uniform Crime Reporting) statistics to DCI and FBI
• Domestic violence reporting
• Hate crimes reporting
• Provide daily incident log to local media
• False alarms billing
• Process subpoena requests

Monday – Friday:
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m,
Closed City Holidays
Records Requests:

• $5.00 fee per report

• $5.00 fee per report on microfishe up to 10 pages

• $0.50 per page over 10 pages

• $1.00 / page for fax, in addition to fees for report request

Audio Recordings:

• $5.00 fee

• Additional fees apply for exceptional requests

• $10.00 fee – must be requested with signed release
