Ad hoc community alcohol consumption & best practices review committee
First Monday of each month beginning October 1, 2018 and at other times as the committee determines for no fewer than six (6) meeting dates and not more than ten (10) meeting dates. The Ad Hoc Committee may vote to meet more frequently at their sole discretion. The Committee has agreed to schedule meetings every 2 weeks through February 18, 2019 as per the following schedule.

Each duly appointed member of the Ad Hoc Committee shall possess one vote. The Ad Hoc Community Alcohol Consumption & Best Practices Review Committee shall be comprised of Three (3) Members of City Council, one from each Ward, Appointed by the Governing Body (Chair); Laramie Police Chief; Three (3) Liquor License Holders Appointed by the Governing Body; One (1) Member of the Laramie Town Gown Association (LTGA) Appointed by LTGA; One (1) Representative of the University of Wyoming Administration Appointed by U.W. President; Laramie City Clerk; One (1) Member of Laramie Mainstreet Alliance Appointed by LMSA Board of Directors; One (1) Member of the University of Wyoming A-Team Appointed by A-Team; One (1) Member of the Laramie County Community College appointed by the LCCC Albany County Campus; One (1) Member of WyoTech appointed by WyoTech President; and One (1) Member University of Wyoming Community designated by ASUW.
