Economic Development
Welcome! The City of Laramie has embarked on a six month planning process to create a compelling community vision and an actionable plan for the future of the city and region. We are working to ensure that Laramie is a great place to live, work, and play for years to come. The City has partnered with Fourth Economy and Community Builders to guide us and engage residents, students, businesses, and leaders in the planning process.
Fourth Economy will help the city develop a 10-year Community Economic Development Strategic Action Plan that will identify actions, projects, and programs that the City and various partners in the community will take on to strengthen our community’s future.
Community Builders will help develop achievable and implementable actions and strategies for improving housing options in Laramie.
