Governmental entities issue an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) to present changes in financial position for a fiscal year and the resulting financial position at the end of that year. This report is prepared by the City's Finance division in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and is subject to an annual, independent audit. The City's current audit firm is BDO LLP of Laramie, and the audit opinion is included in the ACFR.
