Coed Mountain Bike Skills Four-Clinic Series - Level 1

Tuesdays, May 23, 30 & June 6, 13, 2023 - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us for a four-clinic series to increase your confidence on the trails. These clinics will cover the foundations of mountain biking skills that are used by beginners and experts alike. Each clinic will focus on specific skill development followed by the on-trail application of those skills. We'll be outside & on the bikes the entire time. Taught by Bicycle Instructor Certification Program (BICP)  and/or Colorado League certified mountain bike coaches. Women's 1-day Mountain Bike Skills Clinic

Saturday, July 15, 2023 - 9 am -3 pm

Grab your bike and bring your girlfriends! Laramie Recreation is offering a women's only, full-day clinic for beginner to intermediate riders to build their skills and increase their confidence on the trails. The clinics will cover body position, braking, cornering, and more! We will focus on specific skill development followed by on-trail application of those skills. Taught by all-female Bicycle Instructor Certification Program (BICP) certified mountain bike coaches. We will meet in the north parking lot of the Recreation Center. We'll be outside & on the bikes the entire time. Participants must know how to ride a bike, have a bike in good working order, have covered-toe shoes, and a helmet.
