What is the process for hiring benefited positions?

  1. Fill out the City of Laramie Online Employment Application.
  2. Resumes and cover letters are welcome in addition to the COL application, but not required.
  3. You will receive an email when your application is reviewed in the HR office.
  4. After the closing or first review date, the hiring manager reviews all applications for experience, education and qualifications.
  5. A selection of qualified applicants are contacted by phone for interviews.
  6. The successful applicant is chosen and all other applicants are notified that they were not selected.
