Resolutions are a collective decision of the City Council on matters that affect the City of Laramie, but should not be codified into City Code. This can include items such as financial policies (expenses), appointments to Boards and Commissions, adoption of bylaws for Boards and Commissions, Rules of Procedure, permission to apply for grants, appointing Mayor and Vice Mayor, creating Ad Hoc Committees, etc.
