The City Manager is the purchasing agent for the City of Laramie with the administrative functions of the bid process handled by the Office of the City Clerk. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ERP Software and Services

 Notice is hereby given that the City of Laramie, Wyoming is requesting proposals for ERP Software and Services.  The City is accepting proposals from software firms who provide a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or best-of-breed solutions to meet the City’s requirements for Financials, Human Resources and Payroll, Utility Billing and Community.  To request a proposal packet, please email LaramieERPProposals@cityoflaramie.org

  The City requires attendance at the pre-bid meeting scheduled on February 23, 2021 and bids are currently due March 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.   

 The City of Laramie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities and minor irregularities in the proposals received if deemed in the best interest of the City.  The engagement will be awarded to the firm who is determined to be the best qualified to meet the needs of the organization.  Price is a consideration, but not the single selection criteria.  Any inquiries regarding this request should be directed  to Malea Brown, Chief Operating Officer LaramieERPProposals@cityoflaramie.org

 Pursuant to W.S. §§ 16-6-101 through 16-6-107, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions, produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State.
