Project Evaluation - Establishment of Scope of Work/Establishment of Sub-Committee

This item is to establish the scope of work and sub-committee to produce the evaluation process and rating system for projects submitted to the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency.  

After discussion, we will look to the LURA to motion as follow:

I move that the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency appoint (two members) to work on the evaluation process and rating system for projects submitted for assistance through the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency.

Community Support - Establishment of Scope of Work/Establishment of Sub-Committee

This item is to establish the scope of work and sub-committee to develop community support, education and community listening sessions to support the efforts of the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency.  

After discussion, we will look to the LURA to motion as follow:
