1. Save on printing the full color version of the Gem City staff update that comes in each and every paycheck and put it up on the web instead.

   In the budget crunch I had thought there was some place to suggest ways to save but I can't seem to find it. I think the city could save a bit by not printing out the front and back full color Gem City staff update and inserting it in every pay check envelope. Rather, put it up on the web or send it via email. Better for the environment as well.
