Fiscal Year 2022 Adopted Budget
The City Manager's Recommended Capital Investment and Construction Plan for fiscal year 2022 was published on March 31, 2021, and the recommended budget publication was published on April 28, 2021. Budget work sessions were held on April 13 and 27, as well as May 11 and 12. Councilors had an opportunity to propose motions to change the budget at a special meeting on May 11 and at the regular Council meeting on May 18. Notice of the public hearing was published in the Laramie Boomerang, as required by Wyoming statute, and the budget was adopted by Council resolution on June 8, 2021.

Fiscal Year 2021 Adopted Budget
The City Manager’s adopted budget and the accompanying capital investment and construction plan can be accessed by clicking the links below. This adoption is a departure from the City’s normal practice of adopting a biennium budget; change was necessary in response to the economic uncertainty generated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Community Partner Funding
The City is pleased to continue its support of Community Partners during fiscal year 2021. The City Council approved $190,945 in funding for twenty-five (25) agencies on April 21, 2020. The City began distributing these funds in July 2020, in accordance with applicable agreements. To view a listing of partner funding, click here.
Fiscal Year 2020 Supplemental Budget
The recommended supplemental budget was presented for Council and public consideration in two stages. A recommended capital investment and construction plan was published on March 27, 2019 and the recommended supplemental budget was published April 30, 2019. The FY 2019-2020 budget was adopted on June 18.
