Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
The City of Laramie will accept written submittals for Rotary Clubs Park at Grand View Heights Design/ Environmental Assessment/Cultural Survey/Engineering & Construction Documents. The City of Laramie (hereafter “City” or “COL”) is seeking qualified firms to assist with the development of a 7.6-acre neighborhood park located in Service Area 10 of the City of Laramie Parks & Recreation Master Plan named “Laramie Rotary Clubs Park in Grand View Heights.” Items under general consideration for this project include the gathering of information from the public, naming donors and staff for the design, environmental assessment, cultural survey, engineering and the development of construction documents for a park that will become part of the City of Laramie’s existing park system. This portion of the project is funded through donations from the Laramie Rotary Club, Laramie Sunrise Rotary Club and the 2018 voter approved Specific Purpose Tax Ballot. Written, sealed submittals must be submitted to the City of Laramie, Parks & Recreation Dept., Attn: Todd Feezer, Assistant City Manager, P.O. Box C, Laramie WY, 82073 (street address: 406 Ivinson Ave., Laramie WY 82070) no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 8, 2021. A pre-submittal meeting will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 – 10:00 AM, Local Time at the Project Site – Intersection of Bill Nye Avenue and Glacier Street. The City reserves the right to award this project to the firm that best fits the requirements outlined in the Request for Qualifications. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in any submittal and/or reject all submittals, and to accept the submittal that is in the best interest of the City.
