Public Notice

The City of Laramie, in partnership with project consultant Sunrise Engineering and construction contractor Oftedal Construction, will begin work on the Corthell Sewer Connector Project on Monday, April 14, 2025, weather permitting.

• Project Scope: Install 2,800 feet of new sanitary sewer along Corthell Rd. (Whitman St. to Spring Creek) to connect the future Bill Nye sewer line to the existing B2 sewer line.
• Estimated Completion: Mid-August 2025 What to Expect During Construction:
• Traffic & Access—Restricted access to the Corthell Hill Neighborhood; temporary street closures & detours in active work zones; local access maintained where possible.
• Utility Disruptions—Temporary service interruptions may occur; advance notice will be provided to affected properties.
