City Clerk's Office Responsibilities & Services
The City Clerk’s Office is a division of the City Manager’s Office. The division serves to provide public information of legislative actions of the City government and various services, including the administration of:
The city clerk is entrusted with documenting, managing, and maintaining various City records, including:
- City Code
- Enrolled Ordinances, not yet codified into the City Code
- City Council meeting minutes and recordings
- Ordinances, Resolutions, agreements/contracts, deeds, and easements
- Unified Development Code (contact Community Development 721-5207)
